5 Months

We're getting bigger, we might even be gaining some rolls soon. Mama's happy, I crave a chunky baby! The last month of Weston has been just as scrumptious as the last couple of months. He continues to be the most chill, easy-going baby and still loves his sister beyond words. His sleep, yeah, we're still the same there too. He's up twice a night, we can't get longer than a 5 hour stretch from him no matter how much milk we pack in him before bed. You'd think we have him figured out by now. He's still going to bed around 6 too, which makes routines at night a bit tricky. And going out to dinner, forget it.

He rolled over from back to tummy on the same day big sister started wearing underwear. Big day in the Kramer household that day. He still hasn't figured out how to roll tummy to back, which I think will help at night, or at least make me feel ok letting him cry a bit longer.

His naps aren't consistent, but when he's tired he's pretty good at putting himself down without much help. He's still drinking 5 ounces every 3 - 3.5 hours. He can't quite do every 4 hours yet, If he does he eats so much that he ends up spitting most of it up.

As of lately, when he's trying to fall asleep if we are holding him, he repeatedly whacks his arm around and just keeps hitting you in the face. It's beyond annoying and really is why I don't rock him to sleep much. Such a boy.

Speaking of being a boy. You can already tell this kid is going to be into everything, something we never experienced with Raegan. And I may eat my words later by saying this, but I sort of love it. He's so curious and I love watching it. Raegan is so much like me, I love seeing a kiddo that doesn't hold back.

He's still wearing 6 month tops, 3 month bottoms and I think we may need to move to 9 month jammies soon. We are still squeezing him into size 2 diapers, but only because we have a bunch and I'm hoping we can make it through more of them before we move up a size.

Happy 5 months boo-boos. Love you to heaven and back!

And here is sissy at 5 months.
