Raegan contiues to be such a joy! We are so lucky to have such a sweet daugther and (knock on wood this continues) such a good little sleeper. That is what I felt like month two was all about. The first month was all about being a new parent and just staring at awe at this little miracle, and month two has been all about us loving and somewhat bragging about Raegan's nighttime sleep patterns. When I look back at her previous weekly and monthly photos it amazes me at just how much she has changed already. I really think she is such a mix of Eric and me. She definietely has Eric's chin and eyes, while I still see my nose and lips.
Needless to say we fall in love with this sweet girl more and more each day. It is amazing that my friends still call; you would think they are tired of hearing all about Raegan.
Happy 2 months baby girl!
- At five weeks Raegan found her tongue and started cooing a lot more
- At siz weeks she began sleeping 6 hours straight at night (8:30 - 3ish and then again until 5:30 or 6)
- At seven weeks she started sleeping between 7 and 8 hours each night. She is a rockstar!
- At eight weeks I headed back to work. That wekend before was full of tears from this mama! Never thought I could miss someone during the day as much as I miss her
- Raegan still LOVES to stare at the family room wall and we can get her to talk and smile the most while she is on her changing pad. Eric now calls it her happy mat
- Loves her baths now, although now she hates getting out
- She lost a lot of hair but it is coming back fairly fast on top. I say she has the reverse old man hair-do: hair everywhere except the middle of her head
- Had her first Valentine's Day - daddy took his girls for hot chocolate at Grahams
- Still was able to get a few walks in with the puppy. So grateful for a warmer winter this year
- Is now wearing size 1 diapers and three months clothes
- Began liking her swing at night during our dinner
