10 Months

I get now why so many people say that 9 months is one of their favorite ages, this past month has been a blast; every  single day is filled with new firsts of something (big or little) and lots of laughs. Outside the fact that basically the entire month Raegan had a cold or her nasty sinus infection, the good definitely outweighed the bad in my book. Love our sweet little girl more and more each day. We are the luckiest parents in the world. Happy 10 months kiddo, we’re in the double digits. How.did.that.happen?

Elephant noises were a big hit this month, during one entire bath that was all she did, over-and-over-and-over

Raegan also is currently really into making these owl noises; Eric calls her his little owl.

She is too smart for us, we don’t let her sleep with her paci (never had and never will), well when she had her sinus infection, but before we knew it, she would scream out in the middle of the night, when I went in to check on her she would just reach for her dresser where she knew it was. It took me 2 nights to realize she was just using me to get to her paci.

There was only one night when this happened, but she took 4 steps all by herself, that was a week ago and hasn’t tried to do it again since

We have a  new word, doggie!

We clap, a lot! And then of course after each time we all go “Yay Raegan” and clap for her.

She is currently in a mommy only stage and while I think some days Eric is bummed about it, I think it is about time I was a #1 choice, not like I birthed her or anything!

If there is a blanket or pillow on the floor, Raegan will crawl up to it, put her head down and smile. Then she pops right back up with an even bigger smile on her face. Too cute!

She learned how to crawl up the stairs at Grandma and Grandpa’s house. Game changer!

Making little Indian noises is also a brand new thing, you know the one where you make the noise and then use your hand over your mouth. Laughed so hard the first time she did it!

Size 3 diapers and 9 month clothes (although she does still fit in 6 months, I was just tired of them so moved her up!)
