Weekends

After having my first week back to work post baby I appreciate the weekends so much more now and for a totally new reason. Before I really looked forward to sleeping in. Now I don't even care if I get more sleep than I would during the week (although for the past three nights Raegan has gone 9 and a half hours!). I actually look forward to starting out our days early on the weekend. It means more family and Raegan time! I swear she has grown so much this past week. Shame on me for not even taking any pictures this weekend. I'm glad we kept our plans this weekend low key. We saw the Keadles on Saturday morning for breakfast and some of Eric's co-workers came over Saturday night. Sunday we are trying to keep as just a family day with church in the morning and breakfast. It also lets us get some things done around the house in the afternoon too.

We have realized that if we don't over book ourselves and don't have Raegan in and out of the car all day she is a much happier baby. For a few weekends we were flitting here and there and realized those were the days Raegan would just sleep all day. She is a much happier baby with more low keys days. She is just like her dad in that way! I'll need to work on that!
